Mr. Hoefflin has resided in Westlake Village over 33 years. He received his B.S. degree in accounting from California State University, Northridge, and his law degree from Loyola University. He is admitted to practice law in California, the United States District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Hoefflin has successfully argued before the California Supreme Court as well as California Court of Appeals. He has also served as judge pro tem and as a settlement officer, mediator, and arbitrator for the Los Angeles and Ventura Superior Courts. He is actively involved in the community and serves on various non-profit boards. Mr. Hoefflin has been practicing law over 30 years, primarily as a litigator.
